HR Operations, Employee Relations and Responsible Workplace Change

I am a London-based HR practitioner and Associate CIPD member with experience supporting a regulated workforce of 120+, including two months assuming Acting HR Manager responsibilities. My work has covered employee relations, payroll, recruitment, UK employment law, GDPR compliance, training and process improvement.

I combine hands-on HR practice with earlier people-management and technology-business experience. I hold an MSc in Human Resource Management with Merit, supported by quantitative research into generative AI adoption in UK workplaces.
